Sharon St. John
Staying stuck in personal problems can affect your quality of living and prevent you from enjoying a peaceful, actualized life. Having balance and harmony allows you to have time and energy for your family or for taking an occasional risk, whether you want to sky dive, go back to school or change careers. Helping individuals navigate emotions rather than avoid or self-medicate is a goal at St.John Online. I treat addictions, depression, anxiety, ADHD and the maladaptive behaviors that represent an effort to keep feelings under control. I have counseled people with eating disorders since 1993. I use a "it's not about the food" approach. Counseling online adapts itself well to couple counseling/divorce recovery, grief and adjustment to loss. Addictions: I have experience treating various addictions and I am well trained professionally as well as having personal addiction recovery for many years. Experience: I am pleased with the past successes, and the positive impact I have made in people's lives over the past 28 years.
