I am goal oriented and utilize a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness to increase your ability to gain objectivity, and to learn the skill of maintaining a balance between moods, feelings, thoughts and behaviors. I help individuals to increase both emotional intelligence and resiliency; skills that can prevent relapse into problematic behaviors such as addictions, anxiety/depression and dependency on troubled relationships. I have more than 15 years of experience including treatment for anxiety and depression, stress management, substance abuse, family dysfunction, personality disorders and healing from trauma.
