When we experience difficult times in our lives, it is not uncommon for us to feel like our lives are unraveling. My passion is bringing a helping hand to individuals during this time who have experienced traumas, depression, anxiety, and relationship problems. I know how difficult it can be to feel stuck and helpless, but I want to be your teammate throughout this process and help you manage your emotions, provide guidance, direction, and support through this difficult time by helping you learn new techniques, identify books to read, and help you achieve your goals. My educational background includes a M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northern Illinois University received in 2011. I am receiving specialized training in Dr. Sue Johnson's Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. In addition to working with couples, I work with young children, adolescents, individuals and families.
