Svetlana Kerstein, MA, LPC has been offering her services to the Denver community (both to individuals and families) since 2000. Svetlana's passion is to help clients understand and embrace their situation or make the necessary changes in order to make lasting changes in their lives. Using holistic and mindfulness based approach encourages clients to use the resources within their natural ecologies, such as families, surrogate families, friends, communities, and places of employment or school, in order to achieve personal growth, increase self-esteem and overall functioning and make long-term constructive changes in their lives. Clients working with Svetlana are welcome to address issues including but not limited to relationships, various inter personal situations, parenting and adolescent issues, adoptions issues, adjustment issues, issues around depression, anxiety, sexuality, sexual identity, life transitions, weight and body image issues (including bariatric surgery issues) and experiencing major changes in lives.
